Health Literacy & Resource Fair

October will be Health Literacy Month, a time dedicated to ensuring everyone has the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their well-being.

I am pleased to invite you to a special Health Literacy & Resource Fair, hosted in partnership with Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center. As the hospital celebrates 100 years of healing, we are coming together to empower our community with the information and tools necessary to live a healthier, more informed life. 

Join us to:

  • Gain valuable insights from educational booths and local medical experts.
  • Meet with healthcare professionals and community health partners.
  • Discover vital state and local resources designed for your well-being.
  • Learn about state services and programs and receive updates on legislation and other state efforts.
  • Enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere with activities for all ages and complimentary light refreshments.

Walk-ins are also welcome.

Octubre será el Mes de la Alfabetización en Salud, un momento dedicado a garantizar que todos tengan los conocimientos y las herramientas necesarias para tomar decisiones informadas sobre su bienestar.
Tengo el agrado de invitarle a una Feria Especial de Alfabetización y Recursos de Salud, organizada en colaboración con Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center. Mientras el hospital celebra 100 años de sanación, nos unimos para fortalecer a nuestra comunidad con la información y las herramientas necesarias para llevar una vida más sana e informada.

Acompáñenos para:

  • Obtener información valiosa en puestos educativos y de la mano de médicos especialistas locales.
  • Reunirse con profesionales de la salud y socios comunitarios de salud.
  • Descubrir recursos estatales y locales vitales diseñados para su bienestar.
  • Informarse sobre servicios y programas estatales, y recibir actualizaciones sobre legislación y otros esfuerzos del estado.
  • Disfrutar de un ambiente familiar con actividades para todas las edades y de refrigerios ligeros gratuitos.
