Dr. Geraldine M. Perri

Dr. Perri has served as the Superintendent/President of Citrus College since 2008.  She has over 30 years of college administrative and faculty experience. She oversees a $71 million operating budget and serves the communities of Azusa, Claremont, Duarte, Glendora and Monrovia.

Under her leadership, Dr. Perri has led the institution to a new era of growth and innovation, including the recent development of the 2016-2021 Strategic Plan.  A champion for higher education in California, Dr. Perri previously served as president of Cuyamaca College in Rancho San Diego.  She also held the position of vice president of instruction at San Diego Mesa College and dean of instruction/career education at Mt. San Jacinto College in Riverside County.

Dr. Perri received an associate degree in dental hygiene, a bachelor’s degree in dental health education and a master’s degree in health education.  She earned a master’s degree in organizational development and a doctorate in human and organizational development.  Dr. Perri completed Harvard University’s Institute for Management and Leadership in Education and Cornell University’s Community College Administrative Leadership Institute.
