Senator Portantino Honors Family Service Agency of Burbank as the 25th District Non-Profit of the Year

Sacramento, California- Today, Senator Anthony J. Portantino (D–La Cañada Flintridge) honored the Family Service Agency of Burbank (FSA) as the Non-Profit of the Year for the 25th State Senate District. 

“I am so glad to have the honor to recognize FSA for everything it does to bring awareness and services to families in need.  Mental health is an issue that continues to be a rare topic of discussion.  FSA is working every day to change that perception and care for children and families in need of important care.  This is a well-deserved honor,” commented Senator Portantino

Family Service Agency is a non-profit social service agency dedicated to providing quality mental health care for all and eliminating domestic violence, suicide, and all other forms of interpersonal violence. They often work with preventing homelessness and serving our respected veterans and their families. Executive Director, Laurie Bleick attended the recognition along with Board Chair, Brian Miller.
